TERMS & CONDITIONS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Kindly note that the customer should wear underwear when trying on the garments. If the customer wants to make an exchange or return some garments which have been bought, the customer must bear in mind that products that do not have the original labels, are damaged, have been washed in anyway, are dirty, have been worn, have deodorant stains, have damage due to smoke or has a misty smell; meaning that they are not in the same conditions in which they have been sent by us, they will not be illegible for exchange or will in any way be received as a returned product. In case of receiving the merchandise in any of these states, the merchandise will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return costs.
Once the customer receives the product, if the client is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, the customer has 15 calendar days from the delivery date to make their exchange request.
The Customer must contact us via email to info@sotiufit.com if they want to change the product.
Kindly note that the shipping costs for exchanges and returns are to be paid by the customer.
Note that SOTIUGAL S.A.S is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transportation. All retuned products after the allowed time period will be returned to the customer and therefore an additional charge of shipping will be charged to the customer.
We highly suggest using a secure traceable method of shipment to ensure the safe and documented receipt of the returned products to our facilities.
Returns and exchanges will only be made for purchases made via our online store, and once they have been received, reviewed and approved, the approval of the requested change will be confirmed to the customer.
Changes are subject to the item’s availability in our inventory, if the same item requested is not available, the customer will be contacted to agree on a different item, if the item is of a higher value, the customer must pay the difference in price.
Exchange or return of garments on offer: No changes or returns are to be accepted for products which have been purchased while in promotions or discounts.
Warranty claims: the customer has up to 30 calendar days following the purchase date to make a request for a warranty claim for a purchased product, it is compulsory to present the purchase invoice to make the warranty effective, all of which must be sent with the respective request to the email info@sotiufit.com. SOTIUGAL SAS will analyze the claim, considering, the good use of the garment and to the care and washing instructions and recommendations mentioned on the product labels and accordingly the respective decision on the claim will be made, and which will be communicated to the customer within the following 15 calendar days after the receipt of the item subject to the claim.

SHIPPING
Our organization will not take more than 15 business days to send the customer’s order, for wholesale orders, the shipping dates will be agreed with the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The charges of the international freight corresponding to the transport of the merchandise from Evigado – Antioquia - Colombia to the international delivery point must be assumed 100% by the customer. The charges will be automatically be made to the customer’s account at the time of making the purchase in our online store. SOTIUGAL SAS will include the shipping charges paid by the customer in the sales invoice of the purchase made by the customer.
The shipping costs corresponding the delivery destination country will be calculated and the customer will be informed about its cost before finalizing the purchase.
International shipments will be made through the courier FEDEX an email will be sent to the customer confirming that the shipment has been made and in which the tracking number of the shipment will be mentioned.
TAX CHARGES, CUSTOMES, EXTRA FEES AND WARHOUSE CHARGES IN DESTINATION:
The customer’s order may be subject to tax charges or extra charges requested by customs in the customer’s country of delivery destination, these additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer and not of SOTIUGAL SAS. SOTIUGAL SAS cannot predict the costs that may arise at the customs of the destination country. Therefore, all expenses incurred at destination must be assumed by the customer who bought and will receive the products sent by SOTIUGAL SAS.
PAYMENT METHOD
The buying payment transaction is to be made via PayPal.
Note: SOTIUGAL SAS cannot be held responsible for the failures in communication with the banking entities nor for any damages caused to the customer by the omissions or actions of the financial entities. Once the purchase payment has been made and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email of the customer confirming that they purchase has been completed.
CONDITIONS OF SALES
At SOTIUGAL SAS, we are sure that good business relationships begin with clarity and transparency starting from the conditions of sales. For this very reason, this document includes some conditions that will serve to resolve concerns and clarify our business relationships.
ORDERS
Orders will be received by our representatives via purchase order and/or request and related matters via email to the sales department. The customer will receive a confirmation email from the sales department accepting the order or request. Once Accepted, the customer may modify, either quantities and/or the delivery terms through the assigned representative ONLY if the order has not been shipped yet. (Restrictions apply)
PRICES
The unitary prices of the products apply from the date of their publication and will not be modified without prior notice by our representatives.
